Calmerceuticals Ambassadors

Program terms

The plain-English version of how the program works. Last updated September 2026.

Commissions

  • Approved sales 1–5 pay $75 AUD each, sales 6–15 pay $100 AUD each, and every sale from your 16th onwards pays $150 AUD.
  • Your tier is based on your lifetime approved sales and never goes backwards.
  • Partnership ads run from our Meta account pay 10% of the revenue that ad generates, in addition to your referral commissions.

Tracking

  • Sales are attributed by your unique referral code, which also works as a 10% discount code at checkout, and by your referral link.
  • If a customer uses another ambassador's code, the sale is credited to that code.
  • Sales appear as pending until reviewed, usually within a few business days.

Payouts

  • Your payout unlocks as soon as you have one approved commission, there is no minimum sales threshold.
  • You can request a payout at any time from your dashboard.
  • Requests are processed manually and are typically paid within 5 business days to the bank or PayPal details you provide.
  • Payouts are in AUD. You are responsible for any tax obligations on your earnings.

Refunds and cancellations

  • If an order is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed and marked as rejected.
  • If the commission has already been paid out, it is offset against your next payout.

Content rules

  • Always disclose the partnership (#ad or "ambassador") where required.
  • No medical claims, nothing that states or implies the product treats, cures, or prevents any condition.
  • No guaranteed results or guaranteed timelines, and no before/after images that are not genuinely yours.
  • Do not run paid ads bidding on the Calmerceuticals brand name, and do not misrepresent yourself as the brand.

Leaderboard and prizes

  • The leaderboard resets on the 1st of each month and ranks ambassadors by approved commissions in that month.
  • First place receives $5,000 AUD or a holiday of equivalent value; 2nd receives $1,000, 3rd $750, and 4th and 5th $500 each.
  • Reversed or rejected sales are excluded from the standings.

Ending your participation

  • You can leave the program at any time. We may end participation for breach of these terms or fraudulent activity.
  • Commissions on legitimate, approved sales already made remain payable.
